I’m very respectful, clean and tidy and work from home 4 days a week. I’m Muslim so looking for someone who is respectful towards that. Very easy going and wouldn’t mind a flat mate who wants to become friends or just keeps themselves to themself. Happy to offer up the en-suite or the other bedroom whatever the other person is happier with- en-suite will probably pay £575 and none en-suite will be £525 (happy to discuss this).
