En-Suite Double Room in City Centre, Oxford Road

Looking for a third housemate in our city centre flat. Current flatmates are me (Ellie, 28) and Elizabeth (24), both professionals, one a teacher and the other working in a charity. Sociable flat who like to hang out, go to the pub, cook, or chill and do our own thing since we like a routine.

Just a two minute walk from oxford road train station and a 10 minute walk to piccadilly. Also close to lots of pubs such as the Thirsty Scholar or Pev of the peak, loads of shops (Sainsbury's/Asda 1 min away), cafes, gyms close by too!

Room is furnished with an en-suite shower and toilet. Kitchen is equipt with all the cooking essentials.

Lived here for two years now and I don’t think i'll ever find somewhere as cheap and well located as this place:
•Shared living room/open plan kitchen and balcony
• 1 shared bathroom and 1 en-suite
- Bills are usually around £150 per month, including council tax.
- Rent is £500 a month.

Ideally looking for professionals/ aged 24+
