Me and Jack are a couple living in the Northern Quarter, just around the corner from Gooey, and we’re looking to rent out our spare room on a full-time basis.

We’re in a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor apartment, so you’d have your own private bathroom as well as your own bedroom. The flat is in a great spot for everything the Northern Quarter has to offer, whilst still being a really nice place to come home to.

The room is part-furnished, with a bed and built-in wardrobe/storage already in place, but otherwise it’s a blank slate for you to make your own. It’s also been freshly repainted and has space for a desk if you work from home.

A little about us — we’re both sociable and enjoy having a chat, going out for food/drinks and hanging out at home, but we also really appreciate having our own downtime. We’re tidy, respectful and easy-going, and ideally looking for someone who is similar and wants a nice, relaxed home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
