Double room available in a spacious 3rd-floor flat, with your own private bathroom (not en-suite). The room comfortably fits a double bed, desk and large wardrobe, with plenty of space left over.

The flat has a good-sized kitchen and living area, plus a free allocated parking space so ideal for anyone that drives. If you don't drive, there's potential to rent the space out and split any income.

I work Monday to Friday and spend most of my time either in the office or travelling around Manchester, so the flat is generally pretty quiet during the day. It's a great setup for anyone who works from home and wants a bit of space.

A bit about me: I'm easy to live with, tidy and respectful of shared spaces but I’m not overly fussy. I'm always up for grabbing a drink, making plans or trying somewhere new , but equally happy doing my own thing and giving people their space.
