Double Room in Central Manchester - Oxford Road

Hi! I’m looking for someone to share a 2-bed flat with me in the W3 building, right opposite Oxford Road Station. The move-in date is 18 October.

The room comes with a double bed, and the flat is furnished, with a spacious living room, sofas, a dining area, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a balcony. The building has a 24-hour reception/concierge and security.

The location is great, especially if you’re studying or working in Manchester. Oxford Road Station is just across the road, with bus stops nearby, and both UoM and MMU are around a 5–10 minute walk away. There are also plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby.

Rent would be £725 per person per month, plus bills. Students and working professionals are both welcome!

A little about me: I’m a recent UoM graduate working full-time. I’m into boxing, gym and fitness, and enjoy watching TV, playing PS5 and chilling in my free time. I’ve actually lived in the same building before and chose to stay here when changing flats because of the great location, reasonable price and amenities. I’m pretty easygoing and would like to share with someone friendly, tidy and respectful who’s happy to have a chat and spend time together but also gives each other space.

Just to clarify, I’m renting the flat myself, not the owner, so the arrangement would need the landlord’s approval.
