We're looking for someone to join us in what I genuinely think is one of the best apartments in Manchester.

The apartment is on the 44th floor, with incredible south-facing views across Manchester.

THE ROOM & APARTMENT

The room itself is a beautiful, spacious double with a king-size ottoman bed, plenty of room to make it your own and a modern private en-suite bathroom with shower.

The building is pretty special too, with some brilliant facilities:

A LITTLE ABOUT US

You'll be sharing with two working professionals.

One of us works in tech (cybersecurity and app development) and works from home, while the other works as an operations manager on a hybrid basis.

We're both pretty active and into fitness, running, gym and sports.

Outside of work, we're into films, gaming, going out for nice food, drinks and socialising. We enjoy making the most of living in the city, but equally appreciate a chilled evening at home.

We're sociable and easy-going, but also respect each other's space and privacy.

RENT & BILLS

Rent: £1,544 PCM

Bills are split equally between the three of us.

• Water: ~£38/month
• Electricity: ~£24/month

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone friendly, tidy, considerate and easy to get along with. Ideally another working professional who enjoys a good balance of socialising, fitness and downtime.
