Current flatmate is leaving around end of Nov, looking for someone to take over their tenancy.
The bedroom only includes a bed (desktop table and other furniture not included as they are current flatmate). Some kitchen appliances in the image are also current flatmates (including TV)
2 bedroom + 2 bathroom so you will get your own bathroom (the bathroom is in the lounge, but I won't be using it as my bathroom is in my room)
Flat includes access to modern gym and a co-working area.
5 min walk from Piccadilly Train Station.

About me:
I’m a 26 year old New Zealander that is currently studying a Masters at Uni of Manchester, and used to work full time as Marketing/Media in the professional sports industry (tennis) prior. And lived in UK since 2018.
Spare time: i play a lot of golf, and watching tennis and football, usually Chelsea FC (go to quite a few home games), listening to music, and watching films. Would be nice to have a flatmate similar interest (but not mandatory obviously!)
