Double Room in Two Bed Two Bath

Looking for someone to take over the second room in my flat. My current house mate is moving to New Zealand. The main bathroom is right across from the room.

There’s a washer/dryer, full size fridge, and a dishwasher.

I have two very friendly cats named Beanz and Toast. They have everything they need already so they are very independent, but they do love a cuddle once they’ve warmed up to you. They aren’t allowed into the bedrooms, so you’ll have your space :)

The flat is very close to Victoria station and about a 5/10 minute walk to the Arndale. There is a parking space included, I currently rent it out as I don’t have a car myself.
