Hey! I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to join me in my furnished flat in Burlington House – super central, right by PureGym, Aldi, and loads of coffee spots. We’re a 10-min walk from Piccadilly Gardens and just 5 mins to Stevenson Square. The flat has 1 ensuite and 1 shared bathroom, so you would have your own bathroom essentially.

£775 rent + avg £200 bills

About me:
I'm social, chill, and a tidy person who loves wholesome girly energy but also keeps things very low-drama. I love the gym, dancing, music (Afrobeats & RnB are my go-tos), anime, TV (New Girl, Brooklyn 99, Modern Family), and baking now and again. I’m often out and about for work or social plans, and when I’m home, I like to watch TV in my room and usually head to bed around 11pm. I usually wake around 6am for the gym so will be fairly “noisy” between 7-8am. I clean most weekends when I can – not obsessive about tidiness but I do like to keep the space clean and respectful. & for those that care: Virgo Sun, Libra Rising & Capricorn Moon ✨

What I’m looking for in a roommate:

- Someone I can be friendly with and hang out with occasionally, but who also has their own social circle and independence.

- Comfortable with a bit of shared life – happy to share utensils and cupboard staples, while keeping fridge food separate and splitting shared items like cleaning stuff.

- Open and respectful with people coming and going – my home has an open-door vibe and I have a lovely, mixed group of friends (male & female) who are often popping in. I'd love for you to feel welcome to have your people over too – as long as it’s respectful of the space.

- No big after-parties or late-night groups coming back please – this isn’t a party flat. I’m not into drinking or drugs, and I really value peace, respect, and good energy.

- Ideally no pets (sadly, I might be allergic) – but I do love animals! So happy to power through my allergies for a pooch.

- Couples are welcome too – just be cool with the social vibe and space-sharing. Rent split would be adjusted to accommodate 3 persons.

I’m quite selective about who I live with because I care a lot about the energy in my home – so I’ll ask a few questions before arranging viewings to make sure we vibe!
