The available room is a Bronze Non-Ensuite Large room located on the fourth floor.

The flat consists of four bedrooms and is currently occupied by three female residents. The flat includes a kitchen, one shared toilet room and a separate shared shower room.

The room is furnished with:
A small double bed
A wardrobe
A desk with drawer storage
A desk chair
WIFI is also included

The building has a gym and a social area with pool table and table tennis table. There is an onsite laundrette and onsite parking (charges apply). There is an outside seating area and social events

To be eligible for the tenancy, you must be in full-time education for the duration of the tenancy, and this can be at any university. You must also provide a UK-based guarantor who is a UK resident and in full-time employment. If you are unable to provide a suitable guarantor, the full accommodation fee must be paid in full in advance.
If paying by instalments, the total tenancy amount will be spread across three payments:

First instalment: Due before check-in
Second instalment: Due on 7 January
Third instalment: Due on 22 April.
The tenancy ends on 21st August 2027 although you can pay an additional fee at the end to either store your belongings or stay in Manchester without a break into the next academic year.

supporting documentation must also be provided as part of the application process.
The current residents have not specified that they require a single-gender flat; however, the room is currently within a flat occupied by three female residents.
