Large Double Bedroom (All bills included)

My flatmate and his labrador have moved out for work , so I am looking for someone to take his room.

A bit about me: I am from Madrid and I have been living in Manchester for over 7 years. I work in credit management from Monday to Friday (2-3 days WFH) and I am currently studying for an MSc in Finance, so I spend quite a lot of time working or studying.

I am just a chill guy, easy-going and quite tidy. I am sociable, but I also value my own space and some quiet time.

I like keeping the flat clean and organised, but nothing crazy. Just looking for someone similar who is tidy and respects shared spaces.

In my free time, I like going out for dinner (especially Spanish and Italian food), having a few drinks in town, going for long walks, swimming, going to the gym and playing futsal. I would also like to get back into padel at some point.

I am pretty relaxed about having friends or family over, as long as we respect each other’s space.

The move-in date is flexible.
