Shared lounge and 47th-floor views

Incredible views over Manchester, floor-to-ceiling windows and sunsets from the 47th floor. My second double bedroom at Vista River Gardens comes with its own private bathroom, a fully furnished home and access to all the residents' amenities for £1,400 a month, including bills and Wi-Fi.

I'm testing the waters and gauging interest at this stage, rather than committing to let the room straight away. Finding the right person to share my home with matters to me.

Vista's residents' amenities span four floors:
- Gym and fitness/spin studio
- Coworking spaces and work pods
- Cinema, games room, residents' lounges and dining suites
- Shared outdoor terraces with a climbing wall, putting green and outdoor screen
- 24-hour concierge
Bookable spaces are subject to the building's booking rules. I've also made some nice additions to the flat since the apartment photos were taken.

You'd be sharing with just me and my cat. I'm quite outgoing, but I also like my own space. I travel a lot, sometimes for a few days and sometimes for a few weeks, so I won't always be around.

Looking after my cat while I'm away is part of the arrangement, so being comfortable with that is essential. She's friendly and quite independent, with automated feeding and litter systems to make day-to-day care easier. We'd agree exactly what's involved before you move in. Another cat may be considered, depending on how they get on.

I'm looking for someone clean, hygienic and respectful who cleans up after themselves and looks after the flat. I value my privacy, so visitors would need to be agreed with me beforehand.

£1,500 deposit. Minimum stay of one month, with a potential move-in from 31 October, subject to agreement. Council tax band to be confirmed.
