We have a lovely double room available in our modern apartment, located in a new development perfectly situated between the Northern Quarter and Ancoats.

Rent is £809 per month, and you'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other person (me!).

A little about us!

You'll be sharing with two working professionals and my lovely cat, Chandler, who I can't promise won't demand some attention and a fuss from you!

I work a mixture of remotely and out and about across Manchester, while our other flatmate is mainly in the office five days a week.

We're both friendly, easygoing people who enjoy having a calm, clean and comfortable home. We like having our own space and independence, but equally enjoy a chat and catch-up when we're all around.

Who we're looking for:

Ideally, we'd love another working professional who is considerate, tidy and looking for somewhere lovely to call home.

We're a pretty chilled household, but we do have a couple of house rules that are important to us. We ask that overnight guests (friends or partners) stay a maximum of twice a week, and that everyone does their fair share of keeping the communal spaces clean and tidy.

Ultimately, we're looking for someone who fits into our relaxed household and values a peaceful, respectful and welcoming home.

Rent & bills

Rent: £809 per month

Bills: £115 per month, covering Wi-Fi, electricity and council tax

Water: Billed every six months, approximately £110–£130 per person

Total regular monthly cost: £924 excluding water.

We're in a fantastic location between the Northern Quarter and Ancoats, with plenty of lovely coffee shops, restaurants, bars and everything Manchester city centre has to offer right on our doorstep.
