Im looking for someone to take over my friend’s tenancy in a lovely, spacious flat right next to Manchester Victoria Station.

The room is a great size and comes furnished with a king-size bed an en-suite bathroom.

The flat itself has a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen, including:

* Full-size fridge freezer
* Washer dryer
* Spacious living area
* Balcony

Rent: £675 per month (bills not included).

There isn’t a parking space included with the flat, but spaces are often available to rent separately within the building.

Ideally, looking for someone tidy, friendly and easy-going. Someone who likes going out for drinks, trying new coffee spots, going for brunch - It would be lovely to live with someone who is also happy to be friends!!
