Room available (NOTE looking for female only) in Manchester City Centre (Next to Piccadilly Train Station with en-suite included.

Looking for someone to move in September, ideally someone with similar tastes/interests to me and my partner, so I am keen to talk then meet and show around (when appropriate) before deciding who would be the best fit. We're a couple looking to fill the spare room. We are fairly quiet, no parties etc, we're both fans of cooking so always looking for people who enjoy time in the kitchen! Have an eight month old kitten who has run of the place (not the advertised bedroom of course) but she's lovely and very clean! So someone who is ok with a cat is essential!

Currently the room is being refurbished, so no one can move in just yet until that is sorted (hopefully within a few weeks)

Within two minute walk of Aldi, Pure Gym and Train Station. Only five minute walk to Piccadilly Gardens and the Northern Quarter.

Bills are roughly £260 per month (Subject to change slightly due to electricity/water etc) and deposit of £460+ first months rent will be payable to Landlord upon moving in.

The place is spacious, nice kitchen and living room. Fairly relaxed atmosphere, but cleanliness is a must have. No smoking or drug users please.
