Hello there!
Looking to rent out my spare double room to rent in a 2 bed 2 bath flat in the very popular Spectrum development in the centre of Manchester. It's in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk from Deansgate, Market St etc. It's on the 8th floor and has almost 200 sq ft of balcony space with great views over the city. The room and flat is fully furnished and benefits from Sky TV and high speed broadband. Also I have my own ensuite, so you'd have sole use of the main bathroom. Living room includes a 65 inch 4K OLED TV, decent high end hifi, all games consoles, netflix, amazon prime etc.
To share with me, a friendly, chilled out and very easy going guy originally from London. Don't mind living with a guy or a girl, just looking for someone friendly and sociable who's looking for a nice home to live in. Love food and cooking, especially meat.... so please no vegans haha. Also love a good drink so fellow wine drinker would be great, if you're up for a bit of Mario kart and wine then we're onto a winner!
Available from around 31/03/26 initially for 6 months but happy to extend longer term if everything works out OK. Professionals or students welcome, bills are fixed at an extra £149 per month so £649 pcm altogether which includes everything, council tax, electricity, sky, netflix, amazon prime, broadband etc. 1 month deposit required. Definitely not looking for a couple or a smoker sorry!
Also it doesn't include parking, but I usually park my car for free in a spot about 5 mins away, so there are options.
