Large double room available to rent in Student 3 bedroom apartment on Oxford Rd in heart of city centre. Less than 5 mins walk to universities.

The apartment is on oxford road in the building where starbucks is opposite the revolution pub. It's a perfect student location.

You will share a bathroom and kitchen with 2 others. The rooms are large but note there is not a shared living room.

Please note in order to reserve a room once your ID has been verified a 4 week holding deposit is taken. Upon move in this becomes your first 4 weeks rent.
Super high speed wifi is included, to cover heating cost an addition 20 per week is required that is put towards bill payment so as not to cause issues between tenants organising payment themselves.
