Double room available in good location

I'm renting out a spare room in my home and looking for someone clean, tidy, and respectful. You’ll also need to be comfortable around dogs, as I have a small, friendly Maltipoo who stays with me a few days a week.

The room is furnished with a single bed that can be extended into a double, fitted wardrobes, desk, chair, monitor/TV.

There’s a large south-facing garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the sun.

Off-street parking is available.

The house is within walking distance of Middleton town centre, with easy access to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

The house is surrounded by lots of greenery, there's a nature reserve/woodland area located behind the house (great for summer walks) and there’s a park and playing fields across the road.

A bus stop is located right outside the house, with direct and frequent services to Manchester city centre (around 15 to 20 minutes) and is close to the M60.
All bills are included.

I'm happy to consider pets, preferably small dog breeds, no cats.
