Double room in a gay household

Double room with shared bathroom on the top floor of a large 3 storey townhouse in Middleton, Manchester.

The house is situated within a quiet residential location with lots of street parking and close to bus stops into central Manchester/surrounding areas with easy access to motorways.

Room with double bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers, blinds, duvet, pillows and bedding.

Kitchen fully fitted inc 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, microwave, all utensils, plates, pans etc. for all to use.

Utility/office with 2 washing machines, dryer and drinks fridge.

I currently work from home a few days a week and from the office the other days whereas my partner works varying shifts and we also have a lad who’s cabin crew renting a room on the middle floor.

We've had the garage changed to a utility with added storage for all our coats and shoes. We have also recently renovated the bathroom which you would use, this is shared with my partner and I.

Happy to share with someone sensible, who works and respects our home and shifts.
We are quite sociable and occasionally have friends around for BBQs, dinner parties and drinks which you would be welcome to join, generally the house is quiet and everyone is respectful towards each other's work/ schedules.

If you're noisy, disrespectful or always work from home then this isn't the place for you!

No "models",
, "influencers", "investors" or other people with similar roles. We will require sight of a current payslip.

We have a small King Charles spaniel who's 2 years old.
