10 minutes the other way is a new Sainsbury's, Eccles College and Eccles Town centre which has a library, sports centre large Morrison's Supermarket and you can catch the Metrolink Tram, Train or bus to Manchester City centre tram 25mins,, bus 35mins (by car its 20mins)

The Lowry Shopping Centre, Art Gallery and of course the New Media City Salford (yes we live very near it) which is occupied by the BBC, Granada / ITV, Booths supermarket

The Manchester United Stadium is close by too
Also the Trafford Centre and Trafford Park are very near (car 8 mins, bus 15 mins ).

This area also includes JJB sports stadium, David Lloyd leisure and racquets club, The Chill Factor ski and snow centre, Golf Driving range, Costco and a huge Asda Supermarket.

Terms:- 1 months rent at the start of each month plus 1 month in advance, then all I will need is a months notice if you want to leave, ( you just don't pay for your final month ) we will both know where we stand all the time and no monies are owed.

Also a refundable £100 deposit required to cover any damage/breakages/lost key's/ Etc..
