Double room in a beautiful house in Monton

I have a double room available to rent from mid/end March.
The room has in-built wardrobes a bed with bedside tables and a dresser but PLEASE NOTE the photo shows a desk and chair that were the previous tenant's and are no longer there.
The adjacent room is the bathroom, which has a bath and shower. There is a large drive for cars, and a sizeable garden. Neighbours are all really pleasant, it's a super safe neighbourhood.
If you love animals, you'll love living here. I have two house rabbits, a cat and a snake.
I work predominantly from home. I'm introverted, but friendly, liberal-minded and fond of a glass of wine in the evenings. My partner doesn't live here but he stays here a few nights a week.
My preference is for short-term lets, otherwise I work on a one-month rolling contract, so neither of us is tied into anything.
Bills are included in the price of the room.
