Double Room available

Double room walking distance from Monton high street available. Very easy commute to the city centre or Salford hospital but with lovely walking, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep!

You will be sharing the house with me (Katie) and my dog Otis (see pics) 🐕 He is very friendly, cuddly and playful.

I own the house so it is very homey and repairs are done immediately as I am living there too. I am very clean and tidy and the house has got everything you could need.

I love eating out and going out with my friends in Manchester and you would always be welcome to join. I play rugby for a local club and enjoy walking/running and keeping fit. On the weekends I like to drive and take Otis hiking. I also like watching TV/films, gaming, reading and just generally having a laugh. I am very easy going and have lots of friends in Manchester. I am fairly busy and won't be in the house all the time, but do like the odd quiet night in. I am a teacher so I am not home during day in the week. 😊

I want someone who is clean and tidy and easy to get on with, whilst being a dog lover! I would love to live with a friend and not just a housemate (LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈).

There is also a shared small office available for use if working from home/studying. I use it to store some bits but I don't use it for work.

There is off street parking and also a garage if you need to store things such as bikes etc.
