Double room in a chilled home in Monton

Double room to rent in our home in Monton. Me and my partner own the home but it is just me living here for the next 6 months. We currently have one housemate who keeps themself to themself but will be moving out in December. There will only ever be max 3 people living in the property.

We are looking for someone who firstly likes dogs as it is our rescue dog Fly’s house before it is anyone’s and we have a cat called Lola who thinks she is the boss of the house.

The ideal housemate needs to be clean and tidy and clean up all shared areas after themselves and chip in with the general cleaning of the house. (I don’t want to feel like a maid). Would like someone who likes to have a chit chat about their day, we can share a glass of wine or two with now and then but equally respects this is a professional household and not a student house.

Ideally would like it to feel relaxed like friends sharing a house rather than strangers accommodating each other.

In my spare time I’m usually talking my dog on hikes, reading books, having a casual pint on the high street or cooking up a storm as I absolutely love to cook.

I’m veggie, my partner is vegan but I don’t care if you cook meat (I cook it for my dog).
