Very spacious room with great view in a chill home

The room has a double bed and lots of wardrobe space. It's view over the village square is beautiful. I can leave the room furnished or unfurnished, it's upto you.
Couples will be considered but rent will be increased to £750.

The home has a very large kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a big outdoor terrace which is a lovely suntrap.

Parking is available just across the road.

This house is ideal for someone looking to be close to both the Peak District and Manchester city centre. The M67 connects the house with the rest of the motorway network, as well as the A57 bring a fast link to the east side of the country. This house has great public transport links, including the 201 bus to Manchester city centre, and buses to Hyde, Ashton, Stalybridge and Glossop. It is also only a 25 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) to Broadbottom train station, and then 20 mins into Manchester Piccadilly.

I currently live alone but enjoy living with others. I enjoy hiking, running and socialising. I am easy-going and likeable

I travel quite a lot so you will have the house to yourself sometimes.
