This room is available within the staff accomodation for Wythensahwe hospital, so my preference would be for the occupant to work at the hospital but not essential. I love here with my children (children just half the week). I am away every other weekend. The occupant would have their own toilet and shower to themselves, share a kitchen and living room. I have internet, Netflix, prime which you'd be free to use. Please get in touch with any questions. The room is currently being used by my son, so the bed is for a child, but I will be removing this and the chest of drawers.
