Looking for a female housemate to join a clean, modern and welcoming home. There is currently one other female living in the property, so ideally looking for another female who is clean, organised, respectful and friendly. Someone who will treat the house as their own home and is considerate of shared spaces would be perfect.

Current housemate is a very sweet 22 year old who work full-time as a nursery practitioner. Shes clean, tidy, easy-going and friendly, and enjoys having a chat and getting to know the people she lives with. Shes equally happy having a chilled night in watching films or series, but she also enjoy going out and doing things from time to time.

Shes independent and really value having her own space, but she would also love to live with someone she could get along with and can feel comfortable around.

Ideally, she’s looking to share with someone who is friendly, clean and respectful — someone who enjoys chatting and socialising occasionally but also understands that we’ll both want our own space. Hopefully it would feel like a relaxed, comfortable home rather than just two people renting rooms. 🥰

Bright, spacious and well-presented double room available in a modern, high-spec home in Manchester M40 1HN. The room is fully furnished, has a wall-mounted TV, plenty of space and a clean, neutral finish.

The house itself is finished to a very high standard and includes a luxury shared bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bath, a stylish open-plan kitchen and living area, high-speed broadband and parking.

The location is very convenient, with the tram around a 7-minute walk away, local shops approximately 4 minutes away, nearby bus routes, easy access to Manchester city centre and good connections to Manchester Airport.
