The apartment comes with copious amounts of storage in the kitchen, bathroom and under the bed storage; in addition to a large wardrobe.
The building also comes with a gym, laundry room and communal/study area. It is secured by a coded gate. There is parking onsite, however, it needs to be discussed with the property manager but there is also on street parking. Additionally there are two concierges at reception so you’ll never miss a parcel. And they are always there to help/give information.

Westpoint is a 30 minute walk from the University of Manchester and a 20 minute walk for Manchester Metropolitan. It’s just around the corner from White City Retail Park and supermarket such as Iceland, Tesco and Lidl.

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I no longer need to be in Manchester.
