Your double room (3.6m x2.8m) is spacious, recently decorated and carpeted with a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage room and alcove to hang clothes in. Space for a desk if needed.

Communal living areas downstairs are open plan from a comfortable living room, chill out middle room to a large kitchen/diner area, fully equipped, including washing machine and dryer.

There is a cosy garden at the back of the house with decking, seating and plenty of nature. Ideal to chill and/or have meals in summer! There is a rain proof pergola over the seated area so you can also sit out when warm and rainy.

All bills included for energy (fair usage policy applies), water, council tax (band B), TV license, Fibre Broadband.

I am ideally looking for a friendly housemate that is semi-sociable and maybe an opportunity to share vegan cooking occasionally? You must ideally like cats. I did have one until very recently and am likely to get another feline friend within the next 6 months.

You need to be in full time employment or a registered student.

You are welcome to have friends over but more chilled gatherings are preferred, this is not a party house.

You are responsible for cleaning your room and keeping communal area tidy/clean after your use. I do not have a cleaner and so communal areas are generally shared but I am open to the idea of sharing the cost of a cleaner.

I am a friendly, open, spiritual gay person, politically centre to left leaning.

The household is Naturist friendly so you can feel as libertated as you want, walking around, without judgement.

I am wanting to create a mindful space where we are aware of each other's work and social schedules to optimise the harmony of our home together.

I run a massage/holistic business from my home but my clients will primarily be in my treatment room (cellar) out of your way. But handy service on hand if you feel stressed! :-)
