We are seeking a new tenant to take over the tenancy for one of two current tenants living in the property. You would be living with Frances who is 27 years old and works in marketing.
We live in a beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Trafford, close to major attractions like the Trafford Centre, Old Trafford Stadium and the Old Trafford Cricket Ground. We have a large room available, which comes fully furnished, with top floor views over south Manchester. You would also have a large private bathroom with a bathtub, and comfortable shared living space with a TV.
We are Council Tax Band C. Pets are allowed. Parking available for additional £75 per month. With all bills included (water, electric, council tax, tv license) the total cost is £860 PCM. The building has two lifts suitable for transporting luggage and/or wheelchairs.
