I’m a 29-year-old design engineer currently working full-time. I am mostly working in office however occasionally working from home and I’m now looking for a friendly, responsible housemate to take over my lovely room in Old Trafford area.

I’m someone who enjoys a balanced lifestyle—focused during the week, and relaxed on weekends. I like to keep my space tidy and calm, so this isn’t a party house, but a peaceful and respectful home.

• 5 min to bus stop, and local shop
• 10 min to Bee Network tram
