Lovely double room in friendly house share

Location:
Great house in a chilled area, walking distance from Chorlton, about half an hour from the city centre, and 10 minutes from tram and bus stops.

The Room:
Cosy and furnished with a double bed. Our old housemate is taking the other furniture, so you’ll have space to bring your own things.

The House:
Bright and spacious living room with recliner sofas and French windows leading out to a south-facing garden, which is a proper sun trap in warmer months. It’s a great spot for BBQs and is often visited by neighbourhood cats.

There are two bathrooms and a big shed where we keep our bikes. The whole house is double-glazed, and we have cleaners who come every two weeks.

About Us:
Two girls and a guy, all easy-going and friendly.

Holly (30): I work a tech job and you can often find me working from home (the sofa). I like looking at art, movies, live music, a good bit of reality tv, eating fancy dinners (but not cooking them).

Bet (30): Hello! You'll probably find me on the sofa either working, hungover or watching the latest episode of mafs. In-between that I'll be out for drinks with friends, at the cinema or exercising. Love music, books, pop culture references and generally having a laugh but then can also quite happily get into a long discussion about the meaning of life too.

Jake (37): I’m recently moved to Manchester to work as a design lecturer. I’m a liberal, arty, open minded guy. I’m outdoorsy, but you’ll also find me watching MAFS with the other two!

We love hanging out together, throwing the occasional party, watching telly, cooking big meals, going to the cinema, or visiting The Carlton Club.

About You:
We’re looking for someone fun and easy-going who’s up for getting involved in communal house activities. We’re an LGBTQ+ household and would love either another LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ-friendly housemate. We’re a mix of vegetarians and meat eaters, so any dietary preferences work for us.

Rent is 339, plus bills makes it around £400 per month in total
