The flat is in a lovely, peaceful location right by the water with really nice views, close to shops and about a 15-minute walk to the stadium. The building also has an on-site residents’ gym — apartment-style but genuinely useful and convenient.

The rent is £700 per month (for one person).
Council tax for 2025 has already been fully paid.
Gas, electric, and water bills are split — they’ve always been very reasonable (I’ve lived here for almost 3 years).

About me:
I’m 27 and work as a consultant in a law firm. I love reading, going to the gym, Pilates and yoga, and I cook quite a bit. I’m more of a homebody and really value a calm, clean and respectful living environment. My current flatmate is only moving out because she’s getting married — so it’s been a really positive and stable home.

I’m looking for someone tidy, considerate and easy-going who’s happy to share a peaceful space.
