Available from end of July / early August (flexible move-in date!)

Sadly I’m relocating to Cornwall due to a change in circumstances, otherwise I’d 100% stay — I absolutely love this flat 🥹

You’d be living with two lovely girls who are both into the gym, run club, and the occasional night out 🏃‍♀️🍸 (right and left of pic)

-Located on the 6th floor with amazing city views
-South-facing balcony (sunny side 🤩)
-Beautiful canal views on one side and river views on the other
-Parking available outside
-Tram stop into town only a 2-minute walk away
-Retail park directly across the road

🏢 Building amenities:
-24-hour gym access
-Concierge
-Cinema room in Block B (just need to email management to arrange access)
-3 Double bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms

💰 Rent is due on the 15th of each month.
My work finishes on the 27th of July, so I’m flexible with move-in dates and happy to discuss an earlier move if needed!

Expenses per tenant:
Rent £633.33 PCM
Bills £120 PCM (unlimited every Package)
Council Tax £63 PCM
