Move by July, get your own bathroom, best location

The location is really good. It’s directly opposite Academy 92, close to the cricket stadium, and there are plenty of bus and tram links nearby. Ubers around here are pretty cheap too. - M16 0UE , kinetic building

The flat has two bathrooms, so we’d each pretty much have our own toilet, sink, and bath/shower. The only shared areas are the kitchen and living room. The flat is a decent place in a good location.

The rent is currently £1,250 per month in total, so £625 each, not including bills. WiFi and one parking space are included.

Only for bills, electricity is roughly £40 each per month (depends on usage). Looking back at our water bill, it was £205 from October to April (could change depending on usage).

We didn’t pay council tax as students, but I’m now a working professional so not sure what band this apartment is in, but if we moved in together we’d split that between us. I reckon everything would come to around £750 -800 each per month all in, maybe a bit less depending on the council tax band.

I’m looking for someone who’s got a stable income, someone that is neat n tidy.
