Good-sized Double Bedroom in Old Trafford

Hello!

I am Calum, I'm letting in a good sized 2 bedroom flat in Old Trafford, located between Trafford Bar and Cornbrook Tram stops. The other current tenant is moving out on August 2nd so am looking for someone to take his place! It's a good flat in a great location for a reasonable price hence why I am looking to stay.

The flat is fully furnished and your room will come with a desk, drawers, wardrobe, etc and kitchen is stocked with air fryer, wash machine, and dishwasher. It is a shared bathroom but I am pretty tidy and clean.

I am a professional coach so not home very often during the days. I do like a somewhat tidy and peaceful place to come home to in evenings but not very fussy otherwise. I enjoy socializing on weekends but nothing too crazy, honestly don't mind what you get up to as long as you respect my peace.
