Room for rent in Trafford flat

Hi everyone, I have a lovely spare room to rent in my 2-bed flat in Trafford. I have lived here since August 2025 and think it’s a great place to live. The flat comprises an open kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. We have a washer/dryer, hoover, fully functioning kitchen, microwave, and TV. My bedroom has an en-suite, so the main bathroom is all yours! The flat is on the 8th floor and is really safe and secure. There is a downstairs lounge area where parcels are kept, a bin room, and a secure area to access the elevators/stairs. There is some light noise at night (mostly traffic), but the views are incredible. Trafford is a great area to live in- you are 10 minutes from the city centre on the tram, and Chorlton and Didsbury aren’t far away either. The building also has a WhatsApp group chat which can be handy. The rent is 638 per month (this excludes water and bills). A bit about me- I’m female, 30 and have just qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist. I am advertising for females only, and I would like whoever moves in to be a friend as well as a flatmate. In my spare time, I love reading, painting, going to the gym, going on long walks, watching trashy telly, and spending time with my friends and boyfriend. I am a relatively tidy person and believe in sharing the housework equally. A mix of spending some time together as flatmates (watching romcoms, cooking, baking), and spending time on my own is perfect for me. I am looking for someone to move in in September, but can be flexible on the exact move-in date.
