Spacious Double Room with Private Bathroom | Waterside Living | Just 3 Tram Stops to Manchester City Centre
A bright, spacious double bedroom with its own private bathroom is available in a beautiful waterside apartment from 1st September.
Having lived here for almost three years, I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic place to call home. I’m only moving because of work, and I’m hoping to help find someone who’ll enjoy living here as much as I have.
It’s a peaceful, well-maintained apartment in a brilliant location—ideal if you’re looking for somewhere that’s both relaxing and incredibly well connected. With the waterfront on your doorstep and Manchester city centre just minutes away, you really do get the best of both worlds.

👋 About the Flatmate
The remaining tenant works in a law firm within the mortgage and banking sector. She’s easygoing, respectful and enjoys a quiet, comfortable home. Outside work she loves reading, going to the gym, Pilates, yoga and cooking.
She appreciates having her own space but is also friendly and always happy to have the occasional chat or share a meal. It’s a home where both people respect each other’s routines while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
⭐ Why I’m Recommending It
I’ve genuinely loved living here. In nearly three years, it’s always felt like a stable, friendly home rather than somewhere with people constantly coming and going. The apartment is well looked after, the location is excellent, and living by the water has been one of my favourite things about it.
I’m only moving because of a new job that’s much further away, so I’d love for someone else to enjoy the place as much as I have.
✨ Looking For
The ideal new flatmate is someone who is:
* Clean and tidy
* Respectful and considerate
* Easygoing
* Looking for a peaceful place to call home
If this sounds like a good fit, send a message with a little about yourself and arrange a viewing. It’s a lovely place to live, and I’d highly recommend it. 😊
