Hi, I'm Harrison - I am a live-in landlord in this 3-bed terraced house just off Ayres Road in Old Trafford, looking for someone to take over the spare room due to the previous lodger moving out. I work as a languages teacher, I love travel, music and cooking, and am looking for someone easygoing and conscientious to move in.

The room is part-furnished with the following:

The neighbourhood is amazing - really good local shops and restaurants within 2 mins walking distance on Ayres Road. Off license, takeaways, post office, groceries, barbers etc. The neighbours are friendly.

> Rent is £675pcm, bills included - one payment per month, nice and simple.

> Deposit is one month's rent.
