I’m looking for a friendly, tidy professional to take over my roommate’s room in a modern 2-bedroom flat at X1 Manchester Waters, Pomona Strand from the end of November.

Both bedrooms are en-suite, so you’ll have your own private bathroom. The building also has some great resident facilities, including an on-site gym, cinema room, landscaped communal areas and secure cycle storage.

📍 Location-wise, it’s hard to beat:

* 2 minutes’ walk from Pomona tram stop
* 1 stop to Exchange Quay
* Around 12 minutes to St Peter’s Square
* Easy access to Manchester city centre, MediaCity and Salford Quays

A little about me — I’m easygoing, sociable and work full-time in real estate. I enjoy cooking and a good balance of nights in and nights out.

I’m looking for another working professional who is clean, tidy, considerate and sociable. Someone who enjoys having a comfortable home but is also up for a chat, a meal or a night out every now and then.
