The house is in an excellently residential area with off road parking and is only a short commute from the city center which you can get to in less than 10 minutes on the tram (zone 2) thats less than a 5 minute walk, or a leisurely walk to MediaCity/Salford Quays or Chorlton. A park is only 3 minutes walk down the road.

£780 per month for a single person in smaller room. £970 for ssingle person in larger double or £1100 for couples, all bills and council tax included.

6 month contract and rolling or 12 months fix with the option to renew. May consider shorter contracts for higher rent.
