The house is in an excellently residential area with off road parking and is only a short commute from the city center which you can get to in less than 10 minutes on the tram (zone 2) thats less than a 5 minute walk, or a leisurely walk to MediaCity/Salford Quays or Chorlton. A park is only 3 minutes walk down the road.

The smaller double is priced at £750 per month which includes all bills and council tax. The room comprices of a bespoke integrated doublw wardrobe, work station and overhead cabinetes. over the work station there is a downlight. There are three double sockets in the room of which one has also a USB port. There is wall cabinetes for extra storage and the double bed has two devan draws for additional storage. the room also have wall mounted shelves as well as a TV stand to the far side of the room. Available from the 26th of April.

The larger modern double room is priced at £850 a month (couples £1000 for couples) is for that someone who is looking for that little bit extra. The room comprises of modern IKEA furniture such as a double bed with draaws, triple wardrobe with central mirror, two chest of draws, desk, chair and a floor lap. the room also includes a single IKEA so bed. Avialable from the 1st of April.

With the exception of myself my current housemates are all in their 20's and early 30's. We also have a cat :)

The house benefits from a living room with 50" tv The kitchen has an oven, hob, and there is also an air Fryer, mixer, slow pressure cooker and combi microwave oven. There are also two bathrooms and one seperte WC .Driveway, Garage (great for bikes and storage)and off-road parking with large gardens to front and rear.

I am looking for a lodger that i can also class as a housemate, who respect everyone’s privacy in the house but also occasionally likes get together for a drink, night out, a trip out over the weekends or have a BBQ over summer

6 month contract with option to renew. May consider shorter contracts for higher rent.
