Rooms in Roundthorn, Oldham

The house built in 1980 is situated quite near Oldham Town Centre and has good transport links including the Manchester to Rochdale Metrolink Line and Buses as well as easy access to the motorway network. The area is racially mixed and I have good neighbours. I speak French and Spanish and have had lodgers from various ethnic backgrounds. In addition to my main job, for many years I have provided lodgings for vulnerable young people through a Charity but the scheme has closed down so I am fairly new to looking for a housemate.
One bedroom is a double but at present only has a single bed and the other spare bedroom is small. The living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and garden would be shared. There is a hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher in the kitchen and a bath with shower in the bathroom. Bills are included.
I think I am a friendly and caring person and I would be happy to chat with you whilst respecting your privacy and independence. At present I am working from home for most of the week. I find I can communicate well with a variety of people and would expect that a housemate would equally treat me and my property with respect. Looking forward to hearing from you.
