You will fall in love with this house at first sight. Fully furnished and double glazed,3 floors.

House fully re-wired according to the latest safety standards with a new consumer unit & has a new Baxi boiler.

Each room has satellite cable fitted (sky box set can be provided on request) , Grain broadband with excellent WIFI signal all around the house, 3 mains inter-linked smoke alarms including a fire alarm system for extra safety. Two modern bathrooms . A large high pressure thermostatic shower, basin & toilet in the large bathroom & a toilet & basin in the small one.. Extractor fans in both bathroom also.

Coffee table + TV + sky box + sofa provided in lounge for everyone to use. Modern stylish kitchen. Large block paved garden. Only 10min walk to Oldham town centre and 5min drive to M60.
Many shops, takeaways and the beautiful Alexandra park near by, which has; ducks, refreshing and peaceful walks, fishing and free tennis courts & balling.

Safe and trouble free area. Bus stop to town centre near the house. Price includes all bills, council tax, Wifi etc. Must be in full time work (not from home). Present flat mates are very peaceful, friendly, considerate and great people to live with.

Would need;
1) a copy of your passport or driving licence,
2) £360 deposit (Refundable when you leave)
3) 1 weeks rent in advance.

Rent is paid every Monday one week in advance. Can also pay Monthly. If not moving in Monday then rent is charged £20/day.
