Looking for a clean reasonable person, who will leave the kitchen clean as they met it . Will be willing to commit to cleaning shared areas on rota basis. Clean their private bathroom and keep bedroom reasonable clean. Must generally Love to clean after themselves in all shared areas. Have a basic sense of hygiene, and respect for other house colleagues. Room is for single occupancy only. student or young professional preferred .

Bills NOT included: Light, Gas, Water.
