The house is right next to Heaton Park, just 5 mins walk from the nearest tram stop (tram is 15 minutes to Manchester city centre).

It has a large main bedroom and a spare room with a sofa bed, so would be perfect for a couple.

It's on a lovely quiet street with a good group of neighbours, and 20 mins walk from the bars and restaurants on Prestwich high street.

There is a small patio garden with garden furniture.

Please note this is a sublet - our landlord (who is lovely) is more than happy to support this and we have agreed this with him beforehand.

Available from 7th November 2026 - 7th February 2027 (3 months rent).

Price is £1050pcm + bills (around £300). Council tax band A.
