The house is in a beautiful cul-de-sac, with great local amenities. Full driveway, plenty of room for cars. Front and Rear gardens with decking at the back for BBQ's and chilling out.

The rooms have Brand New Beds and Comfy Mattresses. Both rooms have Triple wardrobes, side table and room for a desk & chair for remote working. You have access to your own bathroom with warm power shower, bathtub, sink and mirror.

Quick & Easy access to the city centre, just 20 minutes using the nearby metro station and the same driving in. Free parking and bike storage at the metro which is super!

Bury a nearby town is also just 5 minutes away, and has a full shopping centre, cinema, bars and entertainment.

Bolton is also just a short drive and has the same.

Radcliffe itself has great shops, takeaways and restaurants which ample choice of supermarkets and cheap petrol - great if you drive a lot. There's also the bonus of nearby hikes, running & cycling routes if you like a break from the city life.

About Me - Ryan, homeowner.

I live in the house and I am very easy-going, friendly, and enjoy being sociable as well as my own space. I love keeping fit, food, going out, as well as staying in. Love a hike, run or cycle too. I currently work remotely in my upstairs office Mon-Fri and relaxing or heading out (in normal times) in the evenings and weekends. I enjoy a movie night or gaming session and equally up for party/drinks every now and again too. Find I can get on well with anyone.

As the house has two lounges there's plenty of space to relax or work separately if we want our own space.
