Hi! I am looking for someone to fill a single room in a clean and well maintained 2 bed house in Bury, available from July.

The Room and Bathroom
The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and small desk. You will have your own bathroom as well.

The Property
The property is a 2 bed house in a peaceful neighbourhood. You will be sharing the kitchen and living room with just me! The house has a back garden and parking space in the driveway.

Location & Transport
- 1 min walk to Bus stop
- 10 min drive to Bury tram station
- 15 min drive to Bolton train station
- Very well connected bus, tram, train, motorway access

Extras
- Supermarkets, garden centre and gym, within 5-10mins drive
- Reservoir just near the house good for walks or runs
- Good access to pubs, restaurants and shopping in both bury and bolton

Rent
- £600 - All bills included
- Deposit: £600 (refundable at the end of the stay, subject to any damage beyond normal wear and tear and any outstanding rent or bills).

About the Household
I currently live here and I am in my 20s, working full time at the moment, I will be starting Masters in September. I am looking for another girl to take the room, someone who is easy going, respectful, tidy and chill.
