There is a lovely large communal kitchen with ample cooking space, white gloss kitchen works and grey marble worktops. A large freestanding cooker and grill, 2 individual sinks and 2 Fridges.

Next door you will find a large bright and airy lounge diner with sofa, dining table and chairs and TV. Tastefully decorated with new carpets and voiles.

Your room

Each room has it's own lovely new en suite bathroom. All rooms are tastefully decorated and include wardrobe, drawers, bedsides and tub chairs in the larger rooms.

You really have everything on your doorstep with the Radcliffe metrolink only 100 yards away, giving you easy access to Bury town centre and Manchester City Centre being just a 20 minute journey.
You have a huge array of shops, including an Asda supermarket only a few minutes away and Radcliffe town centre only a few minutes walk.
