We’re a professional family offering a large, bright en-suite room within our modern detached home (built 2008), in a quiet residential area close to Rochdale Infirmary — and just a 5-minute walk from the tram/train station, with Manchester city centre under 15 minutes away. This would particularly suit a doctor, nurse, consultant, contractor, or professional working away from home during the week who values privacy, comfort, and a calm environment.

This room is also let via Airbnb, where it holds a 4.8 rating from previous guests.

This is our family residence — my wife and I live here, with grown-up children who’ve now moved out. The house is spacious and detached, with gardens on all sides, driveway parking, and full external CCTV coverage. It’s a peaceful, well-kept home — not a party house. Accessibility features include a ramped entrance, stairlift to the first floor, and grab rails around the bath.
