Easy walking distance to local parks, Shops, University, MRI Hospital and the curry mile. The house is pleasant and comfortable.
Shared with an easy going couple. Ideally looking for a reliable, considerate working professional or mature student as our new housemate.
The bedroom is on the ground floor facing onto the street. Bills are included in price (fair usage policy for gas/elec).
