We have a comfortable double in a convenient location available to rent fom 1st October. Single occupancy, no couples.

House has all the usual conveniences and wifi. There are shops, take aways, laundry and a bus stop close by (15 mins to city centre).
Easy walking distance to local parks, Shops, University, MRI Hospital and the curry mile. The house is pleasant and comfortable.
Shared with an easy going couple. Ideally looking for a reliable, considerate working professional or mature student as our new housemate for a minimum stay of six months or longer.
The bedroom is on the ground floor facing onto the street. Bills are included in price (fair usage policy for gas/elec).
