Hi, we have a comfortable double room in a convenient location available to rent. The house has all the usual conveniences and wifi. In the immediate area there are shops, take aways and laundry, there is a bus stop right on the corner 10 seconds walk (15 mins to city centre). Easy walking distance to Parks, Shops, University, Hospital and curry mile. House is pleasant and comfortable. To share with easy going couple. Looking for a reliable, considerate working professional or mature student who is clean and tidy. If you are vegetarian even better but not necessary.

The room is £500 per month and is a downstairs bedroom facing onto the street. Available 1st of April. Deposit is £500.

Bills are included in the price (fair usage policy for gas/elec).
